Overview
The Sales Development Coordinator is a member of the Sprinturf Sales team and serves as the first point of contact for incoming sales leads. This role is primarily responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective opportunities, coordinating appointments for sales representatives, and supporting the sales team's lead management efforts. The position also provides administrative and operational support to help maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and internal communication.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, research, and qualify inbound and generated sales leads to identify viable opportunities for the sales team.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or operations support experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or business management systems preferred.
Travel:
Minimal travel is expected for this position. Occasional travel may be required for company meetings, training, sales events, or other business-related needs.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM and business systems preferred.
- Ability to create, maintain, and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and sales data.

- Manage lead activity within HubSpot and other sales systems, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and proper assignment of opportunities.
- Support sales pipeline management through lead tracking, project status updates, reporting, and data maintenance within HubSpot, NetSuite, and other sales tools.
- Assist with sales operations activities including bid tracking, awarded project updates, reporting, and sales performance metrics.
- Provide sales support through coordination of product information, samples, marketing materials, and project-related documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to support customer needs, project handoffs, and process improvements.
- Promote the Company's mission and values-based culture through responsive customer service, accountability, and teamwork.
- Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
