We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented person to join our vibrant team. Sprinkles Donut Shop is a leading commercial donut producer with seven retail locations along with a well-established wholesale business and rapidly growing. We pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and a creative approach to baking. Whether it's classic glazed, filled, or gourmet specialty donuts-we deliver!
Responsibilities
- Mix dough and batter according to production recipes and schedules
- Operate commercial fryers and baking equipment
- Fry, bake, and finish donuts to meet quality and appearance standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Package finished products for distribution
- Follow safety and food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory and ingredient tracking
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and minimize waste
Requirements
- Previous commercial bakery or kitchen experience preferred (but not required-we'll train the right person!)
- Must be 18 with the ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a warm environment
- Attention to detail and consistency in following recipes and procedures
- Strong time management and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to work early morning, late night, or weekend shifts as needed
- Must be reliable and punctual
