Office Administrator Position with Springwater Insurance Group
Our well-established agency is seeking a bilingual professional office administrator for the front office of our Omak branch. We strive to create and maintain a positive working atmosphere and take great pride in the service we provide to our clients year-round. We have a small team at our Omak office, part of our team of 20 employees that work in our offices across North Central WA.
We look for team members who show strong communication skills, growth mindsets, and attention to detail. Proficiency in speaking both Spanish and English and the ability to interpret for our Spanish-speaking clients is a must.
Job Duties:
- General reception duties include:
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Taking phone calls and messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Filing and data entry
- Basic computer skills – Gmail, Google Calendar, word processing programs
- Assist Spanish speaking clients and interpret during client appointments.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has customer service experience. Prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Enjoys face-to-face client interactions.
- Is willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Can work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Info:
- 30-40 hours per week depending on the season. The office is typically open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
