JOB SUMMARY:
SpringSeal, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and components.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions utilizing your knowledge of logic controllers and other technical systems.
Fabricate and weld components as needed.
Must be able to track work orders, document repairs and maintain accurate records.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or customers.
Supervise external contractors when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
We are looking for a person who has experience working with 480 AC.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
- Strong Industrial Electrical knowledge. (3 Phase Industrial Electrical )
- Strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with CMMS Software preferred.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think logically and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong communication skillsin English, both verbal and written.
- The candidate must have their own tools.
