- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously across all areas, utilizing appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe.
- Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury while moving supplies or cleaning tools.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality standards in every job.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning environments with familiarity in custodial practices.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care methods, carpet cleaning techniques, and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper application procedures.
- Physical stamina including heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
