Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Night Part-Time Cleaning Specialist to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of our facilities during overnight hours. Duties

• Perform detailed cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment.
• Operate floor buffers, vacuums, scrubbers, and other custodial machinery to maintain floor care standards.
• Handle chemical agents safely according to established safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation without compromising safety.
• Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, furniture, or equipment following safe lifting practices.
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, waste removal, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Follow strict safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns promptly to ensure continuous operational efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and chemical handling safety procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and manual labor during shift hours.
• Customer service skills are beneficial for interacting professionally with staff or visitors if needed.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance or general custodial experience is advantageous for troubleshooting minor issues.
