OCM Analyst
About the Role – We are seeking a Finance & Account Transformation OCM Analyst to join our multi-contractor program team. This is a client-facing role supporting a Utility company''s finance and accounting transformation initiative. The successful candidate will lead change management activities for a designated workstream, working closely with our OCM Lead and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
OCM Planning
Collaborate with Program OCM Lead in refinement and execution of TRMS change management strategy and adoption success metrics.
Execute TRMS change management plan.
Conduct assessments that reflect each F&A team’s preparedness to adopt TRMS; identify potential risks and develop/execute plans to remediate any blockers to successful adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
Support Program OCM Lead to refine Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessment for each TRMS release.
Support Project Manager and BAs in development and delivery of stakeholder communications.
Work with program leadership to advise impacted stakeholders on degree and magnitude of change per TRMS module.
Ensure stakeholder alignment on OCM plans and how their teams will be supported as they transition to adopt GTreasury and net-new processes.
Communications
Partner with Program OCM Lead to develop a communications plan for each TRMS release.
Write multi-channel communications that outline what users will be required to know and do to prepare for each TRMS release.
Identify any potential gaps in user/stakeholder awareness and develop strategies to address those gaps.
Facilitate communication content reviews, approvals, and releases.
Training
Collaborate with Program OCM Lead to conduct learning needs analysis and training planning.
Create modularized training curriculum that addresses each impacted F&A workflow, net-new processes, and GTreasury modules.
Develop training materials including how-to guides for system changes and instructor-led training decks.
Adoption Sustainment
Track and report on adoption success metrics.
Develop and execute adoption remediation plans as necessary.
Support F&A Modernization program leadership with operationalizing TRMS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management activities for a designated workstream within the finance and accounting transformation program.
Collaborate with the OCM Lead and the broader multi-contractor program team.
Interface directly with client stakeholders, including senior management.
Apply organizational change management principles to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Support the implementation of finance and accounting system changes.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Finance and Accounting background with deep domain knowledge.
Experience
4 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven track record in change management initiatives.
Education
Undergraduate degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Finance and Accounting background.
Experience in the Energy industry (strong plus).

Team Structure: Part of a multi-contractor program team
Salary : $60 - $70
