As a Family Law Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the forensic accounting and litigation support services team. This role is ideal for an experienced forensic professional who wants to grow into a testifying expert. You will lead engagements involving marital dissolution, equitable distribution, and related financial matters, working directly alongside senior experts and litigation counsel.

About The Role
As a Family Law Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the forensic accounting and litigation support services team. This role is ideal for an experienced forensic professional who wants to grow into a testifying expert. You will lead engagements involving marital dissolution, equitable distribution, and related financial matters, working directly alongside senior experts and litigation counsel.
What You’ll Do
Manage forensic accounting engagements in family law matters, including equitable distribution analyses, income determination, lifestyle/needs analyses, and asset tracing.
- Prepare and review financial schedules, reports, and exhibits designed to withstand adversarial scrutiny.
- Support and progressively assume expert witness responsibilities, including deposition and trial testimony, under the mentorship of established testifying experts.
- Coordinate directly with attorneys across the engagement lifecycle.
- Supervise and develop associate-level staff.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA required; CFF, CVA, CFE or ABV certification highly preferred.
- 5 years of experience in forensic accounting and/or litigation support, with meaningful exposure to family law matters.
- Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for developing into a testifying expert role.
- Strong technical writing and command of relevant professional standards.
- Local to South Florida area (in-office presence at Fort Lauderdale/Plantation).
