Job Summary: As a Family Law Attorney at Puzo Law, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. Your expertise and experience in family law will be essential in advocating for our clients and achieving favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients and support staff to build strong cases.
- Stay current with changes in family law statutes and precedents.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and law clerks (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Florida Bar membership.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong expertise in Florida family law statutes, procedures, and case law.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successfully handling family law cases.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation commensurate to experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
Schedule:
