Hotel Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and performing critical accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in hotel management, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits
• Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Prepare daily financial reports and assist with any discrepancies in accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services throughout the hotel.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this enhances guest relations.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.
• Experience using multi-line phone systems and handling various guest inquiries effectively.
