Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and positive experience.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about the facility and services offered.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing documents and managing office supplies.
• Assist guests with any requests or issues that may arise during their stay, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with guests and colleagues.
• Enroll customer into Marriott Bonvoy program.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with office procedures and front desk operations is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
