Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and positive experience.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about the facility and services offered.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing documents and managing office supplies.
- Assist guests with any requests or issues that may arise during their stay, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with guests and colleagues.
- Enroll customer into Marriott Bonvoy program.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office procedures and front desk operations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
