Our brand-new SpringHill Suites is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our opening team. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of high-touch surfaces and follow all sanitation procedures
- Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly
- Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies throughout shifts
- Provide friendly and professional service while responding to guest requests
- Follow hotel safety guidelines and proper procedures for handling cleaning products and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
Pay: $14.00 per hour
