What You’ll Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and client communications
- Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, and group resumes
- Assist with CRM updates, reports, and event planning coordination
- Respond to basic client inquiries and provide property information
- Help organize site visits, tradeshows, and marketing materials
What You Bring
- 1–2 years in hotel admin or sales support
- Detail-oriented and strong with emails and scheduling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and time management
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
