We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented approach
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve an international clientele
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
- Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory
