Compensation:$18 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management, providing insights into hotel operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment.
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
- Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
- Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
