Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces.
• Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
