Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and resolving guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software with attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Conduct night audits by balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain guest relations through personalized service and attentive communication, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar setting is advantageous.
