At the Springhill, located in the growing TBK Sports Complex right off of I-80, no two days are ever the same. From championship weekends to team celebrations, you'll be right in the center of it all!
This position is part-time, 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) mostly consisting of weekend nights. If you're ready to be part of the excitement and make a difference in every guest's stay, we'd love to meet you!

What duties does the Front Desk Agent perform?
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering phones, taking guest reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs, answering questions about the hotel and area, along with handling and resolving guest complaints.
We're looking for Someone Who:
Has a positive, can-do attitude
Loves working with people
Stays calm under pressure during busy game weekends
Brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift

Love sports or enjoy a team-oriented environment
Have customer service or hospitality experience
