We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team at a vibrant hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. - Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and friendliness.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information to guests and visitors.
- Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Handle guest relations with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs seamlessly.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing phone etiquette, greeting guests warmly, and supporting their needs throughout their stay.
- Implement hotel management procedures and uphold policies related to guest services, safety, and security.
- Assist with training new team members on front desk protocols and hospitality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette and professional interaction.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently under pressure.
- Experience with hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
