Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage reservations accurately using hotel management software, including modifications and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently to ensure a memorable stay
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest-related documentation is up-to-date

Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable
