Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and reservation software
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Handle phone etiquette with clarity and professionalism, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information in accordance with hotel procedures
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and responding to special requests
- Uphold hotel policies and standards of hospitality management to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for communicating with international guests
