Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
- Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining up-to-date room availability records
- Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and resolve any issues swiftly
- Uphold hotel policies related to safety, security, and confidentiality at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic hotel management software is advantageous
