Modern Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is a full service plastic surgery practice with locations in Newtown and King of Prussia. We ask all staff to be available to work at either location.
From skincare to facelifts we are your go-to experts for feeling great about how you look.
We are looking for a front end associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative and support to ensure efficient operation of our busy Plastic Surgery Practice. You will support our doctors, physician extenders, aestheticians, and patients through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Update medical records
- Answering phones and accurately taking messages and answering questions
- Accurately document insurance information and take payments
- Assist any co-worker or provider where needed
- Be knowledgeable about services and products we sell
- Provide top notch customer service
Skills
- Proven working experience as a front end associate
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Electronic Medical Record experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent team player
- Adaptable and willing to fill in different administrative rolls
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
