The primary responsibility of a Hotel Front Desk Agent is to greet the guests and ensure their stay is enjoyable. The ideal candidate will be naturally friendly and willing to cater to the needs of our guests. This person usually has the initial contact with arriving guests and has the unique opportunity to make a wonderful and professional impression. This position is responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel and confirming reservations. This position is geared towards a person who is dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a genuine "people person" and enjoy interacting with travelers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Greet all lobby visitors with a genuine smile and warm welcome. Check-in and check-out guests

o Confirm guest reservation details

o Answer incoming calls, answer inquiries and address internal guest requests

o Monitor emails and other services to ensure that any guest needs are met

o Assist with luggage storage and help guests with arranging transportation

o Complete shift checklist

o Follow all PCI and cash handling SOPS

o Track/Log all lost and found items

o Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor

REQUIREMENTS

o Experience in a customer-facing role (Minimum 1-2 years), Prior hotel front desk experience prefered

o Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience

o Must have a flexible work schedule, able to work weekends and holidays

o Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized
