Springhill Rehabilitation and Senior Residence is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility located on the Springhill Medical Center campus, dedicated to providing quality short term rehabilitation care and long-term care while fostering a homelike social environment.
Responsible for maintaining the standards of Nursing Care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psycho-social, and rehabilitative needs of the residents. The ideal candidatefor this position will be compassionate, caring and experienced in developing/implementing the plan of care for each patient, making recommendations for patient interventions, and collaborating with other health care providers to deliver care and document outcomes. Pre-Employment Requirements:

Education Requirements:
- Current LPN License.
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
