What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool WOW position at Springhill Medical Center?
Hours Per Week: 40
As an RN in our Critical Care Float Pool WOW Program (Work on Weekends) - We offer you an hourly rate of $50/hour plus a $4 night shift differential. This generous compensation package also includes paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. In this position you will be unit based and required to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required .
Education Requirements:
- Current RN License and ACLS certification.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of two recent years of Telemetry experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.
- Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
