Pre-Employment Requirements:

Education Requirements:
- Associates degree required.
Job Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) by completion of the ninety-day probationary period.
- Meets the CLIA standards for moderate complexity testing under 42 CFR 493.1423 in Laboratory P&P
- Must possess good verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently.
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in health-care and familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

- Point of care lab testing
- Blood bank handling and storage
- Intraoperative autotransfusion
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Patient transport
- Equipment maintenance and testing
- Inventory control
- Restocking and cleaning.
