This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator based in Springfield, MO. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, performing excavation tasks, maintaining and operating used equipment, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition through regular maintenance. The role requires attention to safety standards and efficient, effective performance of assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in Heavy Equipment Operation and Excavation tasks
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Used Equipment operation
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to operate equipment for long periods
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to heavy equipment operation
- Prior experience in the pavement maintenance industry is a plus
