Heavy Equipment Operator – Excavator / Skid Steer with Class A CDL
Springfield, MO
We are hiring skilled Equipment Operators with a Class A CDL to join our growing site work, concrete, and asphalt divisions.
These are NOT a general labor positions — we are looking for people who can operate equipment, understand grade, and take ownership of their work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating excavators, skid steers, and other related equipment
- Performing rough and fine grading for concrete and asphalt work
- Reading grade stakes and assisting with layout
- Hauling equipment (CDL A required)
- Working on commercial and private sector projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Class A CDL (required)
- Experience operating excavator and/or skid steer
- Ability to understand grade and site prep
- Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
Pay:
$60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and capability
(Top operators will be paid accordingly)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime
