We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Installation Technician. Salary:
Compensation will be based on experience. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. Willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully install and repair skirting on new and existing mobile homes.
- Securely tie down newly constructed mobile homes.
- Exhibit strong mechanical skills.
- Punctually arrive at the office by 6 AM for daily job site assignments.
- Efficiently follow directions from the Supervisor and Lead Installer.
- Promptly report any issues with company tools or vehicles.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance always.
- Efficiently load and unload truck supplies and equipment.
- Actively participate in employee meetings and training sessions.
Physical Requirements:
The role involves bending, carrying, climbing, driving, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, and walking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
