Operating two residential homes, we specialize in geriatric management, advocacy, and innovative research to improve care for our community. If you’re a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) with a heart for service, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
As a CNA or DSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents and contributing to their well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our shared housing facilities.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Monitoring the health and safety of residents and reporting any concerns to the team.
- Supporting residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional care and advocacy.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dedicated professionals with the following qualifications:
- CNA or DSP Certification (required).
- CPR Certification (required).
- Eligibility for the IDPH Health Registry (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A caring and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to improving the lives of others through quality care.
