Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will: - Provide direct care and assistance to residents, ensuring their daily needs are met. - Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment. - Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff. - Assist with mobility, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. - Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality care. - Be available for rotating weekend shifts (every other weekend).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must: - Have at least 1 year of experience in elder care or a related field. - Be listed on the IDPH Health Registry as eligible and have Certified DSP or CNA training documented on the registry. - Provide a signed Release to Work in a setting per IDPH requirements. - Be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your job duties. - Have a current TB Negative clearance document. - Possess a valid CPR certification. - Be dependable and available for rotating weekend shifts. You must be able to effectively communicate and Read educational material and demonstrate proper mechanics for the position.
