Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse with Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct resident care, and supervise nursing personnel.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care, including assessments, treatments, and medications administration
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the resident, family, and healthcare team
Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel to provide direct resident care
Participate in on-call and emergency situations
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

Sign-on Bonus:
$10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs (3-year bonus plan)
$5,000 sign-on bonus for LPNs (3-year bonus plan)
Shift Hours:
7:00am- 3:00pm
3:00pm- 11:00pm
11:00pm- 7:00am
Requirements:
Current RN license in Vermont or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
