We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation. As a RN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct resident care, and supervise nursing personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including assessments, treatments, and medications administration

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the resident, family, and healthcare team

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel to provide direct resident care

• Participate in on-call and emergency situations

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

Sign-on Bonus:

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs (3-year bonus plan)

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for LPNs (3-year bonus plan)

Shift Hours:

• 7:00am- 3:00pm

• 3:00pm- 11:00pm

• 11:00pm- 7:00am

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Vermont or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
