This leader is responsible for growing and stewarding corporate partnerships and workplace giving efforts that advance United Way of Lane County's mission and strategic objectives. This role leads a portfolio of corporate accounts, drives the annual Community Campaign, and develops innovative strategies to increase corporate giving, sponsorships, and long-term engagement.
Individuals successful in this position have an aptitude for creating an exceptional philanthropic experience and sincerely enjoy building authentic, transformational relationships with corporate partners, volunteers, donors, and fellow staff. They tend to have a strong understanding of the local business and community landscape and a proven ability to generate sustainable revenue growth.

SALARY STATEMENT
The budgeted lifespan salary range for this position is currently: $55,500-$77,700 annually. Offered salaries are in alignment with Oregon's pay equity requirements and are determined by several factors including applicant's knowledge, skills, experience, position, equity, and market. We offer a bilingual pay differential for eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Fundraising & Resource Development
- Center resource development and relationship-building efforts in ways that reflect anti-racism – awareness of and addressing systemic inequalities, wealth gaps, and intersectionality.
- Lead full lifecycle and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships including identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and securing sponsorships and grants.
- Spearhead the annual Community Campaign, serving as the year-round relationship manager for workplace partners and corporate sponsors.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to corporate partners on their philanthropic and employee engagement goals.
- Regularly attend community events, networking opportunities, and partner engagements to strengthen visibility and relationships.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, forecast results, and develop and execute annual and multi-year growth strategies
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, United Way network innovations, and fundraising best practices.
- Recruit, train, and manage campaign volunteers, including Loaned Executives.
- Support and grow volunteer leadership structures that drive campaign success.
- Clearly articulate United Way's mission, value proposition, and measurable community impact.
- Actively participate in internal inclusion and belonging efforts.
- Partner with internal teams to align donor engagement with programmatic impact.
- Support organizational events and fundraising initiatives.
- This position may require the use of a personal vehicle to attend work-related events and activities from time to time.

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Education/ Experience
- Associates degree with 4 years related working experience; or Bachelor's degree in related field with 2 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Demonstrated success managing donor or client relationships and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading committees or volunteers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation with ability to travel locally.
- Experience in CRM systems; familiarity with Virtuous a plus
- Experience in data-driven fundraising.
