OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of culturally informed, effective and quality support to clients and staff as part of an integrated team of administrative employees.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum two years administrative or related experience. Proficient data entry and word processing.
Bilingual: Must possess the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in Spanish. Must be able to pass an agency provided verbal and written Spanish proficiency test with a score of 9 or higher.
Driving: Must qualify as an agency approved driver at the time of hire, which requires the candidate to possess a valid Oregon driver's license, a vehicle, and current insurance coverage.

Essential Functions
- Answer phones in a professional manner.
- Greet clients and accept payments for services.
- Perform data entry/typing and filing
- Assist staff in clerical functions as requested.
- Open or close office as needed, at the main office location and at satellite office locations in the Eugene/Springfield area.
- Receive and/or return telephone calls to Spanish speaking clients.
- Review documents in Spanish for accuracy
- Place appointment reminder calls in Spanish to Spanish speaking clients and families
- Participate in monthly Spanish supervision group, in addition to regular individual and group supervision in English.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
