What You'll Do

As a Service Plumber, you'll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to keep their plumbing systems operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems and fixtures
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Respond promptly to service and emergency repair calls
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow industry regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly
• Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
• Represent Springer Plumbing with professionalism at every customer interaction

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State PL01, PL02, or PL04 License
• Minimum of 2 years of Service Plumbing experience
• Strong residential plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• ServiceTitan Experience
• Excavator Experience / Certification (Preferred, not required) 
  
  
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (THC excluded)
