Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Title Agent located in Florence, KY. The Title Agent will be responsible for getting files ready to close, drafting closing disclosures, and facilitating closings. Daily tasks include customer service interactions and ensuring all closing requirements are met. This role requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Pre-Closing and Closing procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
