Duties

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Skills
- Strong background in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience in Outside Sales or Direct Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to conduct closings
