What You'll Do
- Evaluate people and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Provide physical therapy services to help people reach their goals.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and positioning supports.
- Partner with families, staff, and other professionals to support each person's success.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students, as assigned.
- Complete documentation and maintain records that meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
- Current New York State Physical Therapist license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
- Eligibility to drive Springbrook vehicles, if needed.
- Willingness to participate in aquatic therapy, when required.
- Starting salary of $70,000
