Summary
We are seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants to join our team at Spring Valley Living. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life while supporting our mission of respect and dignity.
NOW STARTING AT $22.50*/hour!
*Uncertified starts at $19.hour
Current Openings
Full-Time/Part-Time Evening Shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Provide basic medical care including administering medications and taking vital signs.
- Support residents in mobility and transfers safely using appropriate techniques.
- Engage with residents to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents at all times.
- Participate in any other tasks deemed necessary by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Familiarity with anatomy and medical terminology is preferred.
- Experience in a nursing home or memory care setting is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
