Overview
Springpoint Mental Health is launching a new behavioral health program in Hampton, NH, and we are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to play a key leadership role in building and guiding our clinical team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, support staff development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide direct supervision to therapists, case managers, and group facilitators
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture
- Partner closely with the Clinical Director on program development and operations
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
Clinical Oversight & Direct Care
- Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based, high-quality care across all services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards, including Joint Commission
- Conduct chart reviews and quality audits
- Ensure proper documentation, treatment planning, and clinical standards
- Maintain adherence to confidentiality, ethics, and patient rights regulations
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Oversee staff scheduling, timecards, and PTO approvals
- Support HR-related matters within the clinical team
- Participate in leadership meetings and program planning
- Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives
- Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and QA processes
- Understanding of confidentiality laws, ethics, and patient rights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and Licensure
