\n- Administering routine medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
- Providing supervision, support, and compassionate care to residents.
- Working collaboratively with the Director of Wellness, and other team members.
- Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes in condition.
- Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents and their families.
- Current and valid RMA certification.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and understanding of the aging process.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Previous senior living or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
