Are you a compassionate and dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) looking for a rewarding career? Join our Assisted Living team, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing exceptional care in a supportive and welcoming environment.
\n- Safely administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
- Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
- Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
- Work collaboratively under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Director of Wellness, or designated supervisor.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for all residents.
- Deliver respectful, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Current and valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and compassionate approach to working with older adults.
- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
- Full-time, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am every other weekend
