We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Tech to join our senior living community team. The Med Tech is responsible for administering medications, assisting residents with daily living activities, and supporting the overall health and well-being of our residents in a safe and respectful environment.
The ideal candidate is caring, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
\n- Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Provide personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurse, Director or wellness or supervisor.
- Ensure residents receive compassionate and high-quality care.
- Ensure medications are stored and handled according to policy
- Provide compassionate care and excellent customer service to residents and families
- Follow all state regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
- Current and valid RMA certification.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion and understanding of the aging process.
- Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
