We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to support the daily engagement and enrichment of residents in our senior living community. This role plays a vital part in enhancing quality of life through meaningful social, recreational, and wellness-focused programming.

- Support the planning and execution of daily, evening, and weekend activity programs
- Assist in developing and leading spiritual, intergenerational, recreational, and entertainment-based activities
- Help maintain and update the monthly activities calendar
- Encourage resident participation and foster a warm, inclusive environment
- Celebrate residents’ milestones, birthdays, holidays, and special achievements
- Set up and break down activity spaces and ensure supplies are organized and available
- Document participation and provide feedback to improve programming
- Experience in senior living, recreation, activities,
- Positive, outgoing, and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate older adults with varying levels of ability
- Team-oriented with a genuine passion for resident enrichment
- Part-time Saturdays
