- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility procedures
- Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medication administration records
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols at all times
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the State of New Jersey
- Previous long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Part time/Per Diem 3pm-11pm
$24 - $24.50 an hour
