Assist in organizing and executing engaging activity programs under the direction of the Director of Activities or Executive Director. Support residents in programs that encourage socialization, learning, and personal growth.

- Support daily and weekend activity programs
- Plan spiritual, intergenerational, and entertainment-based activities
- Maintain monthly calendar and coordinate outings, visits, and volunteers
- Encourage participation and celebrate residents' special moments
- Creative, high-energy, and compassionate
- Experience with elderly therapeutic programs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude, patience, and understanding
- Ability to follow written/oral instructions
