As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our campus while making a meaningful difference in our residents’ daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Clean and organize resident rooms
- Clean and sanitize resident bathrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Clean common areas, including dining rooms, public restrooms, hallways, and offices
- Empty trash and properly dispose of waste
- Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
- Follow infection-control, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Interact with residents, families, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- Healthcare or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
