- Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries effectively, relaying calls to the appropriate departments.
- Safety Oversight: Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, ensuring the safety and security of residents and property.
- Documentation: Maintain visitor logs, document concerns, and report issues to supervisors as needed.
- Package Handling: Receive and deliver packages and other items as requested.
- Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency contact information and assist during emergency situations.
- Active Listening: Engage with residents and guests to fully understand their needs.
- Effective Communication: Clearly convey information both verbally and in writing, maintaining professionalism.
- Service Orientation: Consistently seek ways to assist residents and guests.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
