Key Responsibilities as Dining Server:

Customer Service Excellence: Attend work as scheduled and adhere to community call-off procedures, ensuring a consistent dining experience for residents.

Meal Service: Take orders and serve food and drinks to residents in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, following Spring Hills standards.

Table Setup: Prepare and set tables with clean linens, ensuring all silverware is cleaned and polished for a presentable dining experience.

Guest Accommodations: Accommodate all guest requests (ice water, beverages, bread and butter, condiments, etc.) with a friendly attitude.

Menu Knowledge: Communicate and demonstrate knowledge of menu items, key ingredients, and suggest alternatives when appropriate.

Service Support: Inform supervisors of any service difficulties or guest concerns while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Pre-Busing and Cleanliness: Perform pre-busing of tables to ensure a tidy dining environment, clear plates between courses, and keep tables free of excess clutter.

Health and Safety Compliance: Work in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
